Direct financial strategy for an organization with $45 mil in revenue and 300 employees. Position is responsible for planning and forecasts, budgeting, oversight of investments, tax planning, compliance with funding source regulations and local, state and federal requirements.

Qualified candidates should possess 10 years in non-profit or government accounting. Grant accounting experience is required, as is knowledge of GAAP, OMB regulations, compliance monitoring of internal controls, demonstrated leadership experience, strong analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills, Degree in Accounting or related financial field required, CPA preferred.
