Provide mental health case consultation to Early Learning practitioners and parents. Collaborate with local mental health, Early Intervention, and other organizations focused on social-emotional development. Ensure a well coordinated service model which provides support, education and resources to teachers and directors as it relates to meeting the social and emotional needs of preschool children.

Masters Degree in Child Development, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Counseling or other related field. Knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practice, working with children and adults, and early childhood mental health issues. Knowledge of the Early Care as well as the Early Intervention community and the resources available to them. Strong communication/ organizational skills. Will need to obtain Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System Instructor (PQAS) certificate. Car and valid driver's license. 30hrs/wk.
